AUBIN LAUNCH PARTY

We celebrated our relaunch in true Aubin style by taking over and re-energising the classic London boozer, The White Horse in Soho.

Happily situated on the corner opposite the Aubin store, The White Horse – like most pubs around the country has experienced a tough few years due to covid. We couldn’t think of a better place in which to reintroduce our brand and host our wonderful guests than nestled in the bosom of a very classic British pub. And just as we’d hoped, it perfectly set the scene for a fabulous Aubin night providing the perfect opportunity to invite some dear friends, media luminaries and dignitaries within the fashion, music and entertainment industries. Evidently everyone was very happy to be back in the pub, reconnecting with people and with a proper pub quiz to boot. Drinks were flowing and the store was a hive of excited activity as the AW ‘21 collection was at last revealed. Our brilliant pub quiz host Jack Guinness struck the perfect chord and took to the quiz master role with the greatest of ease. As to be expected Nick Grimshaw and Ricky Wilson (Kaiser Chief’s frontman), both rocking their Aubin shirts, quickly took their team “Win Aubin” to lead the culture category. This was not without some hilarity when Grimmy forgot how long he’d been a DJ for Radio 1, minor detail! But it was the Pfizer Chief’s (Ricky wished he’d thought of that) who won in the end, narrowly pipping Tequila Mocking Bird to win the grand prize of £500 of Aubin store vouchers. As you can probably tell, the competition was fierce! After the quiz it was time for the music, thanks to our glamorous guest DJ’s Amber Le Bon and Charlotte de Carle. They were both rocking Aubin in their typically stylish way. Meanwhile Oskar Zboncki captivated the room with his magician skills and the gorgeous Daisy Lowe and her new beau appeared to be rather smitten as they cuddled up for the cameras.

It was a truly British knees up in the best sense and the perfect way for Aubin to say “We’re Back”.
